Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Group Finance Manager for our Mumbai location.
Responsible for all finance functions and tasks for all entities. Ensures statutory and tax compliance; creates and implements policies and procedures. Supports the senior management team by offering insights and financial advice in strategic planning and analysis that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in financial reporting IFRS and financial management (mandatory).
- Strong financial analysis skills including the ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Strategic planning skills to guide the company towards achieving longterm financial goals.
- Effective risk management abilities to identify assess and mitigate financial risks.
- Experience ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Competence in planning budgeting and forecasting to drive the financial planning process.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate financial teams.
- Advanced proficiency in SAGE financial software and ERP systems.
- Chartered Accountant with At least 5 10 years experience in a senior finance role Strong budgeting and forecasting experience
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis functions including budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with IFRS.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support corporate goals.
- Oversee risk management processes to protect the companys assets and ensure financial stability.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Lead mentor and develop finance team members to achieve departmental objectives.
