Join RISE Florence Villa as a Maintenance Technician $22 $24 Quarterly Bonuses
Location: Davenport FL (Must live within 30 minutes of the community or be willing to live onsite)
Compensation: $22 $24 per hour (based on experience) Quarterly Bonuses (up to 5 of your salary)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and handle warrantyrelated maintenance tasks.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and manage work orders effectively.
- Maintain clean organized and safe workspaces including ground maintenance.
- Assist with construction walks and adapt to daily changes with ease.
- Manage your time effectively by setting up your golf cart tackling grounds maintenance and jumping right into work orders.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of two years in multifamily maintenance.
- Construction Background: Strongly preferred for knowledge of warranties and proper maintenance practices.
- Strong HVAC & Pool Maintenance Knowledge: CPO certification not required but highly valued.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to daily changes and prioritize effectively.
- Reliable Transportation & Valid Drivers License: This is a requirement.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to maximize productivity with effective planning.
