About your next Challenge as a Program Finance Analyst
L3Harris MAPPS is seeking an experienced program finance analyst who will be responsible for the financial control of large programs. The incumbent will work as a key business partner to Program Managers and functional teams to establish and maintain the programs financial plan perform analyses and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreedupon parameters and cost control guidelines. The incumbent will coordinate program level preparation and maintenance of financial forecasts including orders sales operating income and cash for the Monthly Forecast Review (MFR). The incumbent will work well in a team environment learn how to manage time efficiently and able to work on multiple programs at the same time with attention to detail as the employee presents his/her analysis in a fast paced deadline driven environment.
What will you do:
- Development/review of timephased budgets following contract award
- Tracking monitoring and analyzing cost performance on programs
- Ongoing reporting of Program(s) cost and schedule variances in accordance with company policy
- ETC/EAC preparation and review analysis and monitoring
- Maintenance and reporting of timely performance data to division management team as well as customer
- Prepare milestone schedule/invoices and analyze program cash forecast
- Generating monthly earned value metrics for assigned program(s)
- Providing financial analysis for audits and other financial activities
- Ad Hoc/Other duties as assigned by leadership
Required Skills and Experiences:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting;
- 35 years of experience in an accounting / finance role
- Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Office Software;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Highly organized and ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Knowledge of SAP an asset;
- Detailed oriented with strong accounting and finance skills
- Focused on teamwork and collaboration;
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written French & English proficiency.
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):
- Must be eligible for registration with theControlled Goods Program;
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO SECRETsecurity clearance.
- Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
