What Youll Be Doing as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist:
Ensure L&S products meet all regulatory safety and quality standards in domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will work closely with crossfunctional teams including product development legal and quality assurance to identify compliance requirements and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle.
Develop and manage regulatory compliance programs and processes focusing on the following areas:
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure products meet all relevant regulations standards and certifications
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes that may impact products and advise stakeholders accordingly.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies and certification bodies as needed.
- Product Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain compliancerelated documentation such as technical files declarations of conformity and safety data sheets.
- Conduct audits of product labels manuals and packaging to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Testing & Certification:
- Coordinate product testing and certification processes with thirdparty labs and agencies.
- Manage timelines and ensure successful submission of compliance documentation for product launches.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential compliance risks and implement proactive measures to address them.
- Develop and enforce company policies related to regulatory compliance.
- Collaboration & Training:
- Collaborate with R&D legal and supply chain teams to embed compliance requirements early in product design and development.
- Train employees and suppliers on regulatory requirements and compliance practices.
