We are looking for a friendly process-driven and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our HR team. This is a full-time onsite role based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin Lahore. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all new hires while supporting compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities for new employees
Ensure all documentation (contracts forms IDs) is completed and verified accurately
Facilitate orientation sessions and training schedules for new hires
Collaborate with IT Admin and other departments to set up workstations tools and system access
Maintain accurate onboarding records in HR systems and databases
Provide continuous support to new hires during their initial weeks
Improve onboarding processes and identify opportunities for better engagement and efficiency
Monitor compliance with company policies and labor laws during the onboarding phase
Gather feedback from new hires to enhance onboarding experience
Generate reports on onboarding status and metrics
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
12 years of experience in onboarding HR operations or administrative roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g. BambooHR Zoho People SAP SuccessFactors)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
Knowledge of document management and digital signature tools (e.g. DocuSign Adobe Sign)
Basic understanding of employment laws and HR compliance
Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of maintaining confidentiality
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
