The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Solicitor to join our team in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of talented solicitors and support staff and develop your skills within a fun and supportive work environment.

You will be part of an energetic team with direct access to a Principal and will have the opportunity to develop your skills across a broad range of interesting Commercial and Property matters.

Key Responsibilities

Core duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Provide advice and guidance to clients on a range of commercial and property matters across a range of industries including local governments education and small business clients.
  • Drafting and negotiating various legal documents including contracts and service agreements.
  • Conducting legal research and drafting advices to develop effective legal strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Mentor and assist in the development of junior team members.

Role Requirements and Your Experience

  • The successful applicant could possess the following:
  • 13 years post admission experience with across a broad range of general commercial and property matters.
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering practical and commercially sound advice to clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with other solicitors and support staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
