Responsibilities:

A Project Quality Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Heres a brief overview of the typical responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

• Develop and implement projectspecific quality plans and procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards regulations and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain project quality documentation including quality control plans inspection checklists and test procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of quality records including nonconformance reports inspection reports and corrective action reports.
• Train project team members on quality standards processes and procedures to promote a culture of quality throughout the project.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality requirements and resolve any qualityrelated issues.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on quality performance and improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends regulations and best practices in quality management to ensure continuous improvement of project quality processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering quality assurance manufacturing orsimilar field.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles methodologies and tools
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidate must be a US citizen or permanent resident.

Preferred Skills:

• 3 years of experience in quality engineering within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
• Strong technical writing skills
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Certified Quality Engineer etc.

The Salary range for this position is dependent on level ranging from $80000$130000.
