Key Responsibilities
- Lead mentor and inspire an inhome sales team to achieve and exceed goals fostering a highenergy resultsfocused atmosphere. Set ambitious sales targets and guide the team to crush them!
- Create an environment of growth and continuous improvement by conducting engaging training sessions both oneonone and in groups promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
- Respond swiftly to inquiries and tackle challenges headon
- Recruit interview and hire top sales talent who share our commitment to customer satisfaction
- Work closely with a dedicated and success driven team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of success.
- At least 2 years of personal sales experience demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
