Brand Ambassadors have the potential to earn up to $60000 in their first year.
Many of our top performers at Rite Window have surpassed the statewide average annual salary earning between $70000 and $90000 as Brand Ambassadors by consistently following our proven sales process. While individual earnings vary our structured training and support system equip driven reps for success!
What We Offer
Base pay: $18/hr plus commission making on and performancebased incentives opportunities. Average earners make an additional $500 per paycheck!

About the Role
Represent Rite Window by promoting our highquality products and services to both prospective and existing customers through instore retail marketing campaigns and events.
Deliver engaging facetoface sales presentations that highlight our premium products and expert installation services.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen your sales skills and deepen your product knowledge.
Leverage this opportunity as a stepping stone to a rewarding career in Sales or Management.
Key Qualifications
12 years of experience in a sales or customerfacing roles is welcomed
Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively across teams in addressing customer needs
A selfstarter attitude and driven to exceed goals
A collaborative mindset and desire to learn from others
Open to traveling within the local market as needed
Scheduling availability includes Saturdays and/or Sundays with additional weekday opportunities available.
