Job Description

CATERING CULINARY STAFF

Job Number: 191

Salary: $17.80
Department: Catering

Days/Hours:

1015 hrs/wk Monday through Friday 7:00am 7:00pm; Occasionally Saturday and Sunday

Duties:

Washing dishes pots pans and other various equipment for the Commissary and Catering departments of UCLA Restaurants; Deep cleaning of Commissary kitchen on a regular basis. Also preparing of food for the mentioned departments. Includes hands on training by culinary staff on basic cooking skills in team oriented environment.

Requirements:

Able to follow specific instructions regarding kitchen. Able to stand for long periods of time. Able to lift and carry at least 50lbs

Note:

Employees are not allowed to accept tips.
