What Youll Do
As part of our management team you will be a leader who cultivates highperforming teams solves problems across various business contexts and leads worldclass operations. Each day is different and driven by our customers evolving needs. As a result you might find yourself doing any of the following:
- Analyzing data and interviewing customers to uncover new product opportunities.
- Leading a 30person packing department to ship thousands of daily orders.
- Improving customer experiences by analyzing unsuccessful searches and suggesting changes.

Cash Compensation
- Total cash compensation is generally around $175000 to $320000 and includes a profit sharing based on company profitability.
- You will also receive a relocation stipend and signing bonus.
