Job Description
Position: Operations Specialist
Location: Remote
Work Environment: Remote
Clearance Required: Public Trust
Status: Contingent
Knowesis is currently seeking a strong Operations Specialist to join our team and provide invaluable support to the Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Health Agency (DHA) Primary Care Behavioral Health Expert Trainers program.
The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Scheduling of meetings and preparation of reports
- Providing Operations support for the PCBH program consisting of developing and maintaining repository as directed (e.g. Sharepoint TEAMS
- Coordinate for group and trainings
- Assist with preparation of training materials
- Maintain training completion trackers and roster/contact information for staff and related to clinical pathways.
- Coordinate internal and external workgroups
- Provide project coordination services consisting of assisting with implementation administration and evaluation of projects
- Preparation and dissemination of reports
- Communicate with personnel across the Military Health System (MHS) to schedule trainings respond to questions verify training attendance
- Be reachable by telephone
Required Qualifications:
- High level of expertise with the following systems: Microsoft Suite including Access Teams Outlook Excel Word Power Point and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong professional oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized with ability to plan ahead
- 3 years experience operations support
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in operations support
- Bachelors degree in business or related field
