Job Description
- Matric Certificate or equivalent
- A Certificate in logistics or supply chain will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 23 years working experience in a warehousing or logistical environment.
- Computer literacy in Excel SharePoint Word Outlook Internet Explorer Inventory systems.
- Good understanding of warehouse and stock management procedures and practices.
- Knowledge of storage guidelines for apparel hazardous and flammable goods and Personal Protective Equipment.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent timemanagement skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and a teamoriented approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of stock management procedures.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Ability to work overtime to ensure monthly stock take is complete as operationally needed.
- Bilingual
