Job Description

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Facilities Supervisor for our Wichita Kansas facility. The hours for this position will be 6:00AM3:00PM Monday through Friday. Salary range is $72000$85000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manages performs and supports preventive maintenance activities and maintains the PM database.
- Coordinates activities with outside vendors for repairs as needed.
- Initiates capital expenditures for improvements
- Responsible for parts inventory management including ordering specialty parts maintaining records of equipment and purchases and adjusting part inventory levels.
- Builds training materials for production employees on equipment modifications.
- Maintains manuals for all current equipment.
- Participates in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities.
Core Competencies:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Selfmotivated and able to work with little supervision
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Able to read volt meters electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Must have knowledge of PLC and be able to troubleshoot PLC hardware.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Basic fabrication and welding skills
- Excellent communication skills
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years industrial maintenance experience
- High School Diploma
- HVAC Electrician and/or Machinist certificates preferred
