Job Description / Responsibilities:
1. New inquiry generation / Lead generation
2. Possess basic design knowledge in refrigeration fruits and vegetable processing lines like
washer blancher and cooler Fryer Etc.
3. Heat load calculation for cold store and other area preparation of heat load sheet for
technical approval
4. Basic understanding of Plant Layout P&ID and piping drawings of refrigeration process plant
5. Selection of equipment like compressor condenser pressure vessels sizing air cooling
units PUF panels humidification dehumidifier energy wheel etc.
6. Possess knowledge of BOQ creation of project with basic design knowledge about fruits and
vegetable storage frozen chamber IQF spiral freezer material handling equipments etc so
as to estimate the cost of the project for sales quotations.
7. Also to estimate the cost of project tenders independently as per bid.
8. Initiate update maintain communicate with vendors for equipment selection and costing
9. Responsible for managing miscellaneous activities as project meetings cross functional
meetings vendor meetings conference seminar presentation teleconferences etc.
10. You have to complete other responsibility if anything assigned from time to time
11. Project costing and estimation based on customer requirement.
12. Site visits may require understanding the customer requirement.
13. This job requires travelling to attend technical meeting pre bid meetings seminars and
Exhibitions as and when required by the company.
14. Payment Collection and followups.
15. Competitors activity tracking for market updates and product updates.
16. Team development and management including trainings related to products and
interpersonal skills.
17. Forecasting Sales target and target allotment to Team Mates.
18. Daily Followups and work report generation.
Desired profile of the candidate
Candidate should be have been engaged in project Sales & Marketing of refrigeration systems
of different types of cold stores with their components for minimum of 6 years.
