ARE YOU A MIDWEIGHT 3D CONCEPT DESIGNER WITH EXPERIENCE IN BEAUTY RETAIL
I have a fantastic opportunity available within a fastpaced retail design agency based in Leicester. I am looking to see portfolios with examples of POS and retail display projects.
My client works with some of the worlds biggest health and beauty brands in the UK and globally. Successful candidates will have experience working on POS/retail projects and attention to detail will be second to none.

- A real desire to share knowledge and foster development in less senior team members.
- A passion for delivering retail experiences that consider the brand customer marketplace and competitor landscape.
- Confident orator able to present to a few or a wider audience and engage the audience in your story.
REQUIREMENTS to apply to the role:
- Proficiency in 3DS Max/ VRay and Adobe CC is essential; Sketchup experience would be a bonus.
- Graphic design sensibilities are essential. The candidate should be capable of interpreting a brands visual identity producing concepts that align with the brand and will resonate with the target consumer.
- A strong commercial portfolio showcasing a broad range of retail design and retail marketing.
- A sound understanding of the materials processes and construction methods required to execute and deliver your proposed designs.
- An ability to communicate ideas through freehand sketching and rendering ability is crucial.
RESPONSIBILITIES of the role:
- Ability to identify new trends and innovation from a broad range of stimulus and resources.
- Take briefs from senior team or account managers and evaluate the brief.
- Work closely with 2D and Technical designers to follow concepts through to development and production to ensure the creative intent is upheld; a handson/handsready approach is vital.
- Liaising with clients alongside the Creative Lead to take briefs and client direction.
- The ability to conduct research & gather insights that consider psychology and customer behaviours to support their designs. Presenting your research and concepts to clients in external meetings and pitch presentations.
