About The Role:
As the House Manager Intensive Therapeutic Care you will be responsible for delivering highquality care drive service development and support for vulnerable young people. Youll lead & inspire a dedicated team to provide exceptional care to vulnerable young people while working within a traumainformed framework to ensure each young person has the opportunity to reach their potential. You will collaborate and be supported with other experts in the field including Therapeutic Specialists and Caseworkers to provide the best care possible.
This is a Permanent Fulltime opportunity based in Thirlmere NSW within our Intensive Therapeutic Care program and reports to the ITC Coordinator.
