As a member of our topflight Canopy team you will be a goto for products and applications clients rely on every day. The team handles support requests monitors network components configures workstations and users automates service delivery reports on system health and resolves issues.
As a Canopy Technicianyou will:
- Resolve client issues efficiently and quickly
- Interact with clients over the phone and in person
- Have a full suite of stateoftheart tools at your disposal including software distribution remote control and remote monitoring and management tools
- Be exposed to a variety of technical issues
- Become the goto person for specific products and technologies
- In some cases be embedded at one or more client sites
This position:
- Salary range: $50000 to $65000
- Fulltime
- Some positions hybrid workfromhome eligible after training period
- Evaluated based on client satisfaction efficiency of work and level of effort
Strongest candidates:
- Have excellent customer service instincts and are great communicators
- Have strong knowledge of Windows/PC applications and hardware
- Have a general knowledge of network infrastructure and TCP/IP
- Have at least one year of fulltime IT work experience or a related degree or certification
- Are Vermont residents
- Have a valid drivers license and good driving record
