Our Early Careers Boosteris your fast track to gain handson experience in a fastpaced innovative environment where youll learn from top industry professionals and help shape the future of Glovo.

This is your entry door to Glovo where youll work on highimpact projects across our core business areasMarketing QCommerce and International Expansiondeveloping essential skills in SQL project management analytics and business growth strategy.

You will join in a full time role in our HQ in Barcelona as Business Analyst and you will either be based in Barcelona or available to relocate to Barcelona. You will be available to start a full time role between June and September 2025.

THE JOURNEY

Youll be at the forefront of innovation and strategy development. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• QCommerce Insights Dive into the world of Quick Commerce and leverage datadriven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
• Operational Excellence Analyze operations and microfulfillment center (MFC) processes contributing to the seamless flow of goods.
• Category Management Work alongside our experts in category management to shape product offerings and customer experiences.
• Performance Management Collaborate with our commercial teams to measure and enhance performance across the board.
• Account Management Join our team specialising in Consumer Discounts Pricing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Learn how to develop strategies at the headquarters level and apply them in the field.
  
  

This experience is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of how global strategies are crafted and executed. Youll be part of a dynamic environment surrounded by professionals dedicated to your growth and development.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Your eagerness and gas to start a ride in the industry and embrace the challenges!
• You have completed your degree in the past 18 months with strong academic results or youre currently on the Marketing Business Administration Economics or / STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) journey
• Strong data analytics skills
• ProblemSolving Acumen and proactive approach to innovation
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various roles
• Strategic Thinking in holistic and HQlevel strategy development
• CrossCultural Awareness appreciation of diverse perspectives
• Excellent Communication Skills (English ideally 1 more other language)
• You are eligible to work in Spain
• You are available to start a full time role between June and September 2025
