Overview:We are seeking a Senior Commercial Auto/General Liability Claims Adjuster. The ideal candidate will actively manage and effectively oversee assigned NAC business accounts for Auto and General Liability claims written on a guaranteed cost basis high deductible and selfinsured retention basis handled by third party administrators.
Responsibilities:
- Actively manage and oversee assigned NAC business accounts for Auto and General Liability claims
- Ensure proper claims handling and service delivery by working with third party administrators
- Assist in the risk selection process by working with Underwriting and Risk Control
- Identify loss trends on an account or book of business level
Qualifications:
- Minimum of seven 7 years working experience overseeing and managing multiline claims with auto/general liability; preferred 10 years
- Proper Adjuster Licenses in all applicable states
- Ability to handle high severity claims
- Knowledge & expertise with multiple jurisdictions
- Previous experience working for a TPA or TPA oversight role is a plus
- Strong communication problemsolving and time management skills
- Willingness to travel 25 for mediations and meetings with brokers/underwriters
Daytoday:The successful candidate will work with third party administrators participate in client setup meetings attend mediations and trials and assist in the risk selection process. They will also be responsible for identifying loss trends and resolving any claims or service issues that arise.
