How to be Successful in the Role:
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in the Microsoft suite of products with advanced knowledge of both Word and Excel. You will also need to have experience working in the Homeless services field in some capacity. You will be expected to understand homeless services and the impact they have on the community. You will need to have excellent customer service skills detail orientation and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.

Throughout the onboarding process you will meet with the Supervisors teams and the admin team regularly to discuss expectations set goals identify priorities and gain familiarity with current policies procedures and strategic measures.
