Product Management is part of the Integrated Services organization and works cross functionally and closely with our partners in Design and Engineering in Model e. Integrated Serviceslaunched during the summer 2023to create and market new customer experiences by integrating hardware software and services across Ford Blue Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services will allow Fords retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicle like never before with OTA (over the air)driven experiences that grow better over time. Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function the way people interact with them and the value those vehicles provide.

Responsibilities
In this position
You will own develop and execute an endtoend vision strategy and roadmap to advance Fords vehicle intelligence product capabilities aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
What youll do
- Spearhead and conduct ongoing market research to identify customer needs competitive landscapes and emerging technologies in AI machine learning and sensor systems.
- Evangelize Fords vehicle intelligence offerings ensuring the product portfolio incorporates advanced technologies while simultaneously prioritizing the user experience.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as design engineering and marketing to gather feedback align product priorities and ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Utilize data analytics to make informed product decisions and optimizations. Monitor industry trends to ensure Fords intelligence offerings are competitive and evolving with changes in the industry.
- Define metrics to measure the success effectiveness and quality of intelligence products.
- Forge strategic partnerships with leading technology providers and experts to drive advancements in Fords vehicle intelligence product offering.
- Strategically build nurture and guide a team of Product Managers to evaluate scope implement and maintain a portfolio of intelligent services and products.
- Identify revenuegenerating opportunities leveraging software solutions that when relevant offer customers maximum value.
- Lead and effectively leverage diverse ideas experiences thoughts and perspectives to develop a product vision and roadmap that is aligned across the entire organization.
- Partner with Design and Tech strategy to inform both vehicle and tech platforms with upcoming product and services strategies.
- Manage concerns and report status to Ford Executives and key stakeholders.
- Balance tactical shortterm needs with longterm strategic direction and priorities.
Qualifications
Youll have
- Bachelors degree in engineering or techrelated field.
- 810 years of Product Management experience preferably relating to artificial intelligence having shipped successful products in the past with proven experience in translating key customer experiences into Product requirements.
- 5 years of demonstrated people leadership experience directly managing product team members.
- Experience bringing to life embedded and cloud software products.
- Entrepreneurial spirit persistence and resilience; methodical thinker withability to thrive on and drive change while navigating ambiguity.
- Superior communication and persuasion skills; ability to communicate complexmessages and tradeoffs to tell a compelling story derived from data.
- Proven relationship building and collaboration skills; ability to influence and driveoutcomes in large matrixed and complex organizations; ability to influence a
diverse group of stakeholders including small to large teams of technicalexperts. - Proven track record of solving tough problems and delivering working solutions throughout career.
- Ability to learn new skills and knowledge through selfinitiative.
- Passion for serving customers.
