Job Description
We are seeking an outdoorsy and selfmotivated individual with experience in farm/facility maintenance and general plumbing/electric repairs to manage the upkeep of this incredible facility! The ideal candidate will have experience operating all manner of lawn/landscaping machinery be mechanically inclined with regards to small and large machinery repair have a keen attention to detail and have experience managing a small team. This position will be heavily landscapeoriented through the summer and more mechanical/project based during the winter. Equine experience is not required however applicants with a basic understanding of safe working protocols around horses would be highly favored.
This position works 10 days on 9am5pm) followed by 4 days off (ThursSun) and is eligible for full benefits
Job Duties
Mowing eating edging blowing and other basic landscaping activities
Repairing/installing fencing and other light carpentry projects as needed
Repairing/servicing machinery for resort amenities
Supervising a small team of Maintenance Workers
Assist with large event prep/tear down onsite (all hands on deck for these events!
Able to utilize the electronic Work Management System to receive/document tasks
