In this role you will be responsible for overseeing Payroll processes across Australia New Zealand Philippines and India. You will ensure smooth and compliant payroll processing focusing on continuous improvements regulatory compliance and employee experience. Experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow platforms is preferable.
Responsibilities
Oversee endtoend payroll operations for Australia New Zealand Philippines and India.
Ensure compliance with countryspecific statutory regulations taxation policies and labor laws.
Manage accurate and timely payroll processing including Build to Gross Gross to Net Post payroll validation reconciliation yearend processing and statutory filings.
Lead payroll audits SOX controls compliance assessments and data integrity checks.
Drive payroll standardization simplification and automation initiatives.
Engage with key internal and external stakeholders ensuring highquality service delivery.
Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.
Lead multidisciplinary teams and develop payroll expertise across geographies.
Flexibility to manage shifts covering New Zealand & Australia time zones.
Be hands on to ensure delivery per customer expectation along with meeting defined SLA ensure customer satisfaction. Noise free operation in a critical result
Assess actual performance against standards to resolve whether the team is on target to reach goals and take corrective actions as vital.
Constantly work to find the opportunities to drive value beyond SLAs and contractual terms hence be able to drive value share and Transformation opportunity.
Strategic thinking and leadership experience with an emphasis on relationship management and communication at all levels within an organization. Facilitate and coordinate multiple deadlines create cohesive teams and respond quickly to management requests.
Strong understanding and proven abilities of executing Global Payroll industry standards and market landscape that will determine the value proposition and competitive advantage for the shared service hub.
Actively work with Payroll Leader and internal team members in identifying and implementing the process standardization simplification and automation opportunities and act as a mentor/support for the teams.
Coach mentor train and coordinate the activities of the team.
Manage the application and monitoring of the Hubs methodology framework principles and delegations.
Understand the use of data to give insights to the business. Be able to make decisions using data.
A reasonable level of excel usage is necessary.
Leadership is a key skill required to deliver HRO objectives.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelors/Masters degree with relevant years of payroll leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing statutory compliance and tax laws for Australia New Zealand Philippines and India.
Proven experience in leading payroll transitions migrations and technology implementations.
Handson expertise with SuccessFactors Payroll ServiceNow or similar platforms.
Experience on SuccessFactors HCM platform.
Excellent stakeholder management and problemsolving abilities.
Strong data analytics and Excel skills.
Strong leadership people management and coaching skills.
Relevant years of Experience in operation in an outsourced environment of HRO domain and indepth end to end process knowledge

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
