We are currently looking for a:
HR Performance Analyst (f/m)
Workplace: Warsaw
Responsibilities:
Provide HR data for all the topics related to HR performance & Reward via HRIS/SEZAME/GSR/KornFerry and Payroll systems.
Prepare HR KPIs and reports and reporting routines defined for each year/month/quarterly to help HRBPs in discussion with business
Ensuring data quality and integration within existing flows and processes as well as designing and establishing new ones according to requirements.
Monitor the implementation and functionality of HR Digital ensuring it meets the needs of HR and of the business organization
Provide guidance to HR on design and utilization of HRIS for performance management
Conduct data analysis and data audits of HR database (SEZAME GSR KPIs BI Power)
Observe the data management information trends in the market to identify solutions in area of HR expertise (KornFerry database)
Simplify and standardize processes and data gathering and reporting
Mass uploading data preparation
Help HR officers with administrative documentation if necessary
Communication and cooperation with other departments (finance accounting) considering mutual interactions and needs (integration data eg. costs centers)
Participation in various projects related with implementation of HR IS systems & interfaces with SAP/SEZAME
Close cooperation with SEZAME Regional Europe team
Reporting to C&B Manager Poland
Requirements:
Higher education (MSc or higher degree) preferably in computer science math or economics
Experience working with HR SuccessFactors systems and large datasets.
Knowledge in statistics is a plus.
Minimum 12 years of professional experience in HR IS role.
Interpersonal skills for teamwork and effective communication.
Eagerness to acquire new knowledge and diligence in executing assigned tasks.
High motivation and analytical thinking abilities.
Good in both Polish and English language for verbal and written communication
