- Order materials and ensure proper inventory management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners ensuring exceptional customer service
- Conduct site visits enforce safety protocols and maintain quality control
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address concerns and ensure client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Experience in project management or administrative roles (roofing/construction industry preferred)
