Finance Team Lead (m/w/d)
You will be part of the German leadership team with responsibility to manage the financial processes (accounting controlling financial planning etc. and to advise management on financial issues.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To lead the finance team currently consisting of 2 team members with strong accounting competence.
To represent the company towards relevant external parties (banks tax advisor authorities etc..
To manage and continuously improve the financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial meetings
- Complete financial accounting and forecasting
- Deliver reports and metrics to leadership
Financial Planning:
- Advice the management on financial tax and VAT matters.
- Working capital management liquidity planning cash management
- Financial Budgeting
Accounting:
- The correct handling of incoming/outgoing invoices and related financial information.
- Maintain the ledger creditors and debtors administration.
- Prepare the annual statement of accounts in line with regulations and group policies.
Controlling:
- Cost controlling
- Analyze and reconcile accounting records.
- Financial KPIs (ROI Balance Score Card Benchmarking).
