Human Resources Generalist I
This position provides professional support and expertise in the implementation and administration of a broad range of human resources functions or programs within an organizational unit. This role serves as a consultant to the faculty and staff on campus and liaison with core Human Resources (HR) in Gainesville. The Human Resources Generalist I will provide support across various HR functions in the department including recruitment providing benefit assistance and support the HR department with ongoing projects while providing guidance to faculty staff students and other affiliated personnel to ensure compliance with UF policies practices and regulations.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Commensurate with experience.
Bachelors degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
