Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle documentation verify document accuracy and upload into the software system
- Update new and existing files
- Request documentation so that files can be completed
- Interact with internal customs and freight departments
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Experience with Customs Entry Writing is not required training will be provided upon hire
- Working knowledge of MS Office and computer systems
- CCS certification is a plus but not required
- Extremely detailoriented and organized
- Must currently reside in the Buffalo NY area and be ableto commute in office daily
