Empowerment and Impact: As a Customer Resilience and Wellbeing Facilitator at Pobl Group youll have the opportunity to empower customers and make a positive impact on their lives by promoting wellbeing resilience and safeguarding so they can sustain their Occupancy Contract.

Where does this role fit in
In this customerfacing position youll deliver inclusive and psychologically informed interventions empowering customers to improve their wellbeing sustain their occupancy contract and thrive in their home and community. This includes adopting motivational interviewing techniques to enable customers to reimagine their future and achieve their goals. Youll collaborate closely with internal colleagues and external organisations to seek solutions to identified risks and challenges. You will facilitate awareness sessions and implement initiatives geared towards enhancing occupancy sustainability. Your work will encompass a wide array of themes connected to improving wellbeing including facilitating costofliving initiatives trauma informed approaches to tackling hoarding behaviour and ensuring customers have the tools and connections to successfully manage their occupancy contract and property. You will make a real impact on the individuals and communities we serve.
What skills and experience do you need
We are looking for someone who is genuinely motivated by making a difference. You will have the ability to quickly build relationships and establish trust and with colleagues and customers alike. You will be confident and curious willing to try new things whilst staying true to Pobl values. You will need to be able to effectively manage your own caseload as well as developing partnerships that will make a positive difference to customer wellbeing and sustainable occupancies. Youll have the privilege of working with individuals of all ages including those who may be vulnerable providing them with the support and guidance they need.
