As our first Presales Lead you will establish and define the Presales function within Tracksuit owning the strategy and process to scale and align Sales Customer and Research teams ensuring technical solutions meet business outcomes across global markets.
You will combine your business acumen and technical handson research experience to help customers leverage the power of Tracksuits brand tracking platform changing the way brand is viewed within their organisation.
In this role you will work with our customer business and technical decisionmakers as well as Tracksuits Customer Research and Product teams.
You will support the sales team by engaging early in the sales cycle to define customer needs identify feasible solutions and tailor the Tracksuit platform to meet those needs effectively. Both the customer and the internal team will lean on you to imagine what is possible with Tracksuits brand research and determine if its feasible.
The role requires an affinity for solution selling market research technology evangelism and customer engagement. You will ensure technical solutions align with customer business goals working crossfunctionally to accelerate sales cycles and creating momentum by coaching the team and others in the process.
The ability to explain technical research concepts in a nontechnical manner and align them with business value is a progression opportunities for this role include leading the functions scaling across our global markets or becoming an increasingly specialised subject matter expert as our business and offerings increase in complexity.
