Job Description
Identifying potential candidates through various sourcing methods such as job boards social media referrals and direct sourcing
Screening candidates resumes and assessing their skills experience and suitability for the job vacancy
Conducting phone and facetoface interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for the role
Presenting suitable candidates to clients and managing the interview process
Negotiating offers and terms of employment with both clients and candidates
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
Providing a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates
Keeping up to date with industry trends and job market insights to ensure a competitive advantage
