DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Controller is an integral part of the Accounting and Finance Department and works closely with the Chief Financial Officer to plan and direct the accounting operations of the organization. The employee makes a significant contribution to the financial sustainability and overall success of Lifeline Connections. In this position you will oversee payroll accounts payable and receivable general ledger and financial reporting. The Controller also trains and works with other members of the accounting team to maintain accurate and complete records provide complex analysis modeling planning functions responsible for maintaining and updating FTE allocations accuracy of payroll disbursements general ledger and compliance with state and federal codes and state and county contracts. The Controller will have strong communication skills and possess great attention to detail in a multitasking environment. Duties will include:

While performing the essential functions of the job the employee is regularly required to sit speak clearly hear and use hands and fingers to manipulate writing utensils and keys on a keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to stand walk reach with hands or arms stoop kneel crouch or lift and/or move maximum of 20 lbs. Most working hours are spent indoors in offices or meeting rooms with minimal noise. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

The Benefits:
