Overview
We are seeking an experienced Coupa P2P Consultant to lead process harmonization across the UK France and Germany as part of a Europeanwide finance transformation initiative.
The successful candidate will drive process alignment in PurchasetoPay (P2P) identifying gaps mapping processes and working closely with key finance stakeholders.
This role involves moving from a Uni Ledger to Dual Ledger system with a focus on integrating Oracle and Coupa solutions.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Solid P2P Process Experience: Deep understanding of P2P processes including procurement requisitioning and accounts payable.
- ERP Knowledge: Experience with Oracle Coupa and Salesforce integration with a focus on process over specific ERP tools.
- Process Design and Mapping: Proven experience in mapping processes at a detailed level and identifying gaps in design.
- Change Management: Strong ability to drive change within finance organizations and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working with key finance stakeholders to align on process changes and improvements.
- Project Leadership: Ability to act as a lead for key activities in the process workstreams managing timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Finance Transformation: Previous involvement in finance transformation projects especially with multicountry harmonization efforts.
- Multicountry Experience: Familiarity with working in a multicountry environment particularly within Europe would be an advantage.
