Job Description
Our Client has an opportunity for an Internal Sales position at their offices in Pinetown. A leading specialist company in the steel service centre industry specialising in cutting bending and rolling of mild steel stainless steel and aluminiumfor a variety of industrial and manufacturing purposes.
Duties and requirements include but are not limited to the following:
- Previous experience in the metal industry is essential
- A passion for sales and meeting and exceeding customer expectations byunderstanding the clients needs objectives and challenges and providing outstanding customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential new and existing clients.
- Receive read and understand drawings from customers and compile quotations accordingly.
- Attention to detail and must possess mathematical skills to ensure quotations and invoices are accurate and correct.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a bubbly personality and a positive attitude.
- Be a team player.
- Ensure all walkin customers incoming calls and emails and are attended to promptly efficiently and professionally.
- Able to work under pressure to ensure that quotations are submitted to customers in a timely manner.
- Must be computer literate with the complete Microsoft Office package. AutoCAD experience will be advantageous.
