Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Jewellery Store Manager to oversee our jewellery store located in Hyderabad Telangana India. As the Jewellery Store Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store including sales inventory customer service and staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of seniorlevel experience in the jewellery retail industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Jewellery Store Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of gold and silver jewellery products
- Strong understanding of store operations and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Proficient in inventory management and sales tracking systems
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a retail environment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daytoday operations of the jewellery store
- Ensure the store meets sales targets and profitability goals
- Supervise and train staff to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain proper inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Create attractive displays and merchandising to promote sales
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and resolutions
