The Research Analysis Program Manager oversees the coordination and of multiple research projects within the JTS Research Branch ensuring compliance with regulatory and funding requirements. They collaborate with federal agencies private research institutions and internal stakeholders to support research strategy proposal development and data analysis. This role involves managing grant applications IRB submissions study designs and literature reviews while guiding project teams to meet research objectives. Additionally they communicate research findings through reports presentations and professional engagements contributing to the advancement of military medical research and trauma care policies.

- Estimated Starting Salary Range for Research Analysis Program Manager: $80k $110k
- Pay is commensurate with experience.

Research Analysis Program Manager Responsibilities Include:
- The RA Program Manager is tasked with overseeing the efficient coordination and of planning for multiple projects within the Research Branch. They must possess expertise in engaging with internal and external entities pertinent to research strategy and application including but not limited to regulatory bodies administrative operations federal grant funding agencies federal and private research institutions and other critical stakeholders. Offers research assistance and collaborates in the formulation of research project plans and programs alongside the JTS Research & Analysis Branch Chief and many stakeholders.
- They will facilitate program development by engaging in tasks such as drafting and evaluating proposals for diverse projects summarizing technical information generating designated reports and assisting with network research site visits as instructed by the JTS Research & Analysis Branch Chief. They will on behalf of the JTS Research & Analysis Branch Chief convene and provide overarching guidance to project teams which may include data personnel research associates (internal/external) coordinators and various JTS staff members for the formulation of project work plans study designs literature reviews analysis plans and outcomes.
- The Program Manager will work with JTS staff members and various technical team members to identify necessary resources to perform research project including organizing and coordinating resources from the various resources produced and/or supported within the JTS systems; monitor work progress including data analysis and reports and oversee its timely completion. Communicate research results through a variety of formats including presentations reports opinion pieces etc. in a variety of settings including interacting with professionals within the Department of Defense and academia.
- They will manage daytoday logistics and operational needs of the projects convening and providing overall to direction to project teams and identifying and addressing problems which may adversely affect performance of project work. Summarize findings of data analysis and incorporate pertinent information into project presentations within a timely manner as requested.
- They will provide support and guidance and assist in submitting grant applications IRB applications development and submission of original research grants protocol development and of studies and associated data analysis. Additionally be responsible for tracking proposals and other documentation through signature/approval processes. Utilize professional judgment in handling information and be sensitive to project team individual and all levels of JTS and DHA organizational concerns; make use of data statistical and modeling and factbased management to drive decision making; and help investigators develop new insights and understanding of performancebased data.

Research Analysis Program Manager Experience Education Skills Abilities requested:
- Bachelors Degree
- Four 4 years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
