Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Talish Solutions. As a Senior Accountant you will be responsible for managing financial activities including preparing and analyzing financial statements performing financial audits and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. You will also oversee the daytoday accounting operations and provide guidance to junior accounting staff. Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- MidLevel: 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in financial statements preparation and analysis
- Experience in financial audits and ensuring compliance
- Excellent proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of GST and tax returns filing
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements
- Perform financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations
- Manage and oversee the daytoday accounting operations
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve financial performance
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and training to junior accounting staff
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
- Stay updated with accounting standards and ensure adherence
