Job Description
- Must have minimum 5 to 6 Years of real experience in managingWeb DevelopmentProjectsas Business Analyst and Project Management role
- Must have practical experience in coordinating with various teams involved inComplete SDLC.
- Will be involved in doing BusinessAnalysisand Coming up with theRequirementfor the Clients which is useful for theirbusinesses.

- Will be required to createwire framesand must be able to writeFunctional Requirement Documentandpaying attentionto details is very important.
- Must know how to makeData Flow Diagrams Use Cases Database Designand must adhere processes.
- Will behandlingateamofDevelopers TestersandDesignerand must be able to track their work and make sure work is done on time and verify the accuracy so effectiveprojectmanagement skills are required. Driving theprojectand facing and solving problems which come in between theprojectimplementation phase and coming up with solutions for those problems.
- Must be that much technical that should be able toresearch blocking issueswith the use of forums or research in search engines and make sureprojects are delivered on time. Delivery at time is very critical hence must be able to convince team members to accommodate working schedule in order to meet the agreed timelines.
- Will be involved inpreparingprojectplan breaking downprojectintomilestonesandscrumsand allocating tasks to the team members and tracking the status.
- Will beinteractingwith theClientregardingrequirement gatheringProjectUpdatesandBusinessAnalysis.
- Will be involved inVerificationof Tasks performed byDesigning Team Developers QA Testers. Also will be required to do thorough testing when there is no tester allocated to theproject.
- Must have excellent interpersonal documentation facilitationpresentation skills with excellent spoken and written English.
- Must be able to Work under pressure and must enjoy working in a middle level Environment and stretch working hours wheneverprojectrequires. Must be able to come up with new ideas and have zeal to give extra to theproject.
