Job Description
This is how it begins:
- Be the heart of our people operations as an organizational steward and model of our winning culture and core values.
- Bring our global HR strategy to life within your assigned site.
- Proactively support site management as a trusted expert and guide on any people matter across the employee life cycle.
- Drive key local projects that enable people and business success.
- Coordinate the yearly HR calendar to enable activities like salary planning performance reviews and talent development across the site.
- Ensure employment policies and practices align to corporate guidelines while meeting local business needs.
- Act as an employee advocate in matters like workplace conflicts fostering trust and inspiration along the way.
In addition for site HRBPs with country coordination:
- Coordinate networking and share best practices across all sites in your country.
- Ensure consistent employee relations and manage countrywide forums.
- Define and monitor country benefits programs.
What youll bring:
- Bachelors degree or higher in HR business management or related field.
- HR certifications are a plus.
- 5 years as an HRBP preferably in manufacturing.
- Expertise in HR policies trends and local legal compliance.
- Business acumen and production process knowledge.
- Skills in communication critical thinking analysis and relationship building.

Expected Pay Range: $120K$130K
