The role you will play: - Reporting to the Regional Director you will have direct reports including:
- Assistant Plant Manager
- Production Superintendent
- Quality Supervisor
- Maintenance Supervisor
- Office Manager
- Scheduling
- As well as 60 hourly team members
- You will develop and train personnel at all positions
- Will establish themselves as a team builder that:
- Provides direction and tools to do the job
- Holds their people accountable
- Prepare fiscal year plant goals and objectives providing quarterly updates to the regional operations manager
- Develop and operate within an approved budget
- Develop scheduled (preventative) maintenance programs for equipment and facilities
- Comply with all quality and regulatory requirements for all products
- Implement the corporate safety programs
- Enable new product development and innovation
- A track record of success building good relations with customers and employees
- Minimum of 510 years of management in a commercial/integrator milling environment
- BS degree preferred
- Demonstrated Leadership skills
- Experience developing and building your team
- Financial experience with P&L statements budgets preparation and capital planning
- Exceptional track record of success in safety
- Experience with regulatory agencies such as: FDA OSHA EPA
- Additional training such as experience with GMPs HACCP SFSF
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communicator with excellent follow up skills
