About the Role:

As the National Business Development Manager youll drive sales initiatives across Australia with a primary focus on Victoria and a secondary emphasis on Sydney. This autonomous role requires strategic thinking and selfmotivation to propel business growth. Managing a balanced clientele of residential and commercial clients youll handle incoming leads minimising the need for cold business development. Your passion for health and wellness will align with the companys mission to deliver exceptional recovery solutions. The role involves regular travel to engage with clients and oversee operations across key regions. Youll work closely with the founding director and CEO contributing directly to the companys strategic direction and success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across Australia.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships with both residential and commercial clients understanding their unique needs.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Australian market with a focus on Victoria and Sydney.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the New Zealand headquarters to align regional strategies with company objectives.
  • Travel Coordination: Manage travel schedules to effectively cover key regions and maintain strong client relationships.


Skills and Experience:
