Are you a skilled BDM with 8 years of experience in IT staffing Were a fast-growing startup looking for a dynamic individual to drive business growth acquire new clients and build lasting relationships in the domestic IT staffing space.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients & generate business leads
Manage client relationships and staffing solutions
Drive sales cycles & achieve revenue targets
Expand market presence & identify emerging opportunities
Requirements:
8 years in IT Domestic staffing business development
Strong sales & negotiation skills
Experience in startup environments is a plus
Excellent communication & client relationship skills
