Job Description

Senior Helpers is seeking a highly responsive and clientfocused OnCall Care Team Supervisor to help ensure continuous quality care for our clients. This role requires strong problemsolving skills a proactive approach and the ability to manage lastminute staffing needs including personally filling shifts as needed. Additionally the OnCall Care Team Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining exceptional client service by conducting reassessments and addressing client concerns. A reliable vehicle is required as the role may involve inperson visits to clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Service & Care Oversight

  • Act as the primary contact for clients and families during oncall hours ensuring prompt responses to concerns.
  • Conduct client assessments as needed to evaluate evolving care needs and recommend updates to care plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.
  • Address and resolve client complaints escalating issues when necessary to management.
  • Ensure all client interactions align with the companys commitment to compassionate highquality care.

Caregiver Supervision & Scheduling

  • Respond promptly to inquiries emergencies or lastminute schedule changes.
  • Manage urgent shift coverage ensuring clients receive uninterrupted care.
  • Be available to personally step in and provide direct care when necessary.
  • Provide realtime coaching and support to caregivers in the field.
  • Conduct occasional site visits to check in on caregivers and verify care quality.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain detailed records of shift changes and resolutions.
  • Document all client interactions concerns and updates in the care management system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies client care plans and state regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in home care client care coordination or healthcare supervision.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA LPN or healthcare certification preferred.
  • Client Service Skills:
    • Strong ability to build rapport with clients and families.
    • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
    • Ability to handle urgent client concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Operational & Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g. ClearCare WellSky) and Microsoft Office.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Must have a reliable vehicle valid drivers license and insurance.
    • Availability for evenings weekends and holidays (as needed).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in home care staffing case management or client service roles.
  • Familiarity with state home care regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of dementia care and chronic condition management.
