You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe incumbent is responsible for assisting ControllerHR in all processes involved in recruitment of Nursing and employee engagement & rewards and recognition activities with a strong focus on completion of assigned duties in due time.
Principal Accountabilities:
Operational
1. Recruitment & Selection/ Audit & Inspection
Nursing Do sourcing of nursing candidates closure of the candidates reference check and replacements.
Prepare Nursing recruitment MIS Manpower MIS on weekly basis.
Assist in recruitments of other positions assigned.
Coordinate with Placement Coordinator for Campus recruitment.
Screen CVs and conduct HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with relevant functional heads.
Liaison with vendors for appropriate recruitments.
Identify Sourcing channel mix as per policy and liaise with vendors/ agencies accordingly
Continuously look for ways to improve sourcing process
Manage end to end recruitment cycle.
Close salary discussion and negotiations.
Check the sources of recruitments and maintain budgeting and costing for the same.
2. Employee Engagements:
Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities.
Maintain Notice boards.
3. Audits and Inspection
Coordinate & assist team in HR audit activities.
Assist in audit of personal files.
4. Generalist HR Role:
Assist team in generalist HR audit.
5. Policy guidelines
Communicate policy to all employees
Ensure all processes are followed
Accurate/ timely MIS
Accuracy & maintenance of records
Recruitment as per SLA
Essential: The incumbent should be MBAHR /PGDBM
Preferable: Certificate/diploma in learning & development
Industry Preference: Healthcare institute/Hospital Service
He/she should have least 23 years of total work experience primarily in coordination of training.
