Description
Status: FullTime
Location Onsite Gunnison UT.
Position Summary
Application of carbon fiber utilizing a proprietary process to Christensen Arms Carbon barrels. The position requires proper care and techniques for the required materials and proper planning for curing using predetermined cure cycles.
Basic skills & knowledge
- Must be able to learn and apply proper layup technique
- Must be able to operate a basic manual and CNC lathe
- Must be able to work well with others
- Flexibility in schedule to hit required goals is necessary
- Must be selfmotivated and willing to take a task from start to finish
- Must be able to use time management skills to produce 30 to 40 barrels per day as required
- Hand eye coordination must be sufficient to operate lathe
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Organizes barrels for the layup process
- Works controls of the manual and CNC lathe
- Able to learn the different carbon fiber materials
- Able to understand the different barrel types
- Able to learn to utilize different oven controls
Maintain accurate inventory of material
