We are looking for a smart and resultoriented Associate Site Merchandiser to grow our business. This role demands the agility to navigate across multiple functions seamlessly the resilience to thrive in a fast paced environment excitement to handle challenges headon and excellence in analytical abilities.

This role will be responsible for conceptualizing planning and executing marketing campaigns across various owned and paid channels. They will strategize campaign objectives target audience segmentation messaging and content creation to achieve desired marketing goals.
They will analyze campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics tools to track metrics such as traffic conversion rates engagement metrics and ROI enabling datadriven decisionmaking and continuous optimization of marketing strategies.
This person will be involved in coordinating with the brands category managers designers and other editors in similar roles across the business.

9. Understanding of landing pages optimisation user funnels and A/B testing
10. Proficiency in using website analytics tools ad serving tools and marketing software
11. Basic programming experience in HTML CSS JavaScript SQL XML
