Pictona at Holly Hill is a premier pickleball facility and community hub dedicated to providing a welcoming and enjoyable environment for players and guests. We take pride in maintaining our stateoftheart facility and creating a clean safe and comfortable experience for everyone.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detailoriented maintenace worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of Pictona are clean orderly and wellmaintained. This role is vital to creating a positive experience for our guests and members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of all areas including restrooms common areas pickleball courts and offices.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap in restrooms.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and report any necessary repairs or replacements.
- Perform routine inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
- Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies and special requests.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines for handling cleaning materials.
Qualifications:
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexible schedule including availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent service.
