Hotel Management & Consultingis seeking an experienced handson Task Force General Manager able to travel extensively up to 100 to various locations nationwide. Our Ideal Candidate: Adaptable. This is a traveling role and requires the ability to travel to other states for short and longterm periods of time and with little notice. Being an HMC Traveling Manager: As a Traveling Manager with HMC you will be instrumental in serving our extendedstay properties in transition. You will assume full responsibilities as the acting General Manager managing all revenues cost controls team development staffing conflict resolution and all facets of the daily operations. Traveling Manager Functions: - Provide leadership and developmentby selecting training counseling and motivating a small team of 68 employees. This includes a willingness and ability to step in and assist each team member as needed.
- Promote & Deliver exceptional guest servicesincluding continual monitoring cleanliness of the hotel and ensuring all guestrelated concerns are resolved promptly. We must always be Guest Ready.
- Develop administer and control the property revenue and budget expenses. Responsible for monthly inventories ordering and receiving goods.
- Analyze Profit & Loss General Ledger statements and submit P&L Variance Reports in a timely manner.
- Facilitate Sales & Marketing acumen achieve revenue and maximum profitability through indepth knowledge of the hotel surroundings/area.
- Develop & maintain rapportwith competitive properties City Conventions Visitors Bureau Chamber of Commerce target accounts lead sources clients etc.
Required Qualifications: - 1 years handson Hotel General Manager experience
- Proven team development and leadership background
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift push and pull up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree
- Multilingual
