Job Overview
Blue Matrix Connect is seeking a FullTime Email Marketer based in Bangalore Urban. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing email campaigns utilizing marketing automation platforms and crafting compelling email copy. This role is crucial for driving our marketing initiatives and improving engagement with our clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Email Campaign Management (Mandatory skill): Proficient in planning executing and managing email marketing campaigns.
- Marketing Automation (Mandatory skill): Adept in using marketing automation tools for streamlining email marketing efforts.
- Email Copywriting (Mandatory skill): Skilled in writing engaging and converting email content.
- Email Analytics: Experience in analyzing email performance metrics to optimize campaigns for better results.
- List Segmentation: Ability to segment email lists based on demographics behavior and other criteria for targeted marketing.
- CRM Integration: Proficient in integrating email marketing efforts with CRM systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- HTML/CSS Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to customize email templates.
- A/B Testing: Experience in conducting A/B testing to refine and enhance email marketing strategies.
